Three of our four founding team members lived in The Woodlands, Texas at one point or another during our childhood. We all knew and loved former KTRK/EyeWitness News personality Marvin Zindler. Zindler was widely known for his investigative reporting and his cringe-worthy weekly segment, the Rats and Roaches Report. During each show he would call out local restaurants with so-called “Sliiiime in the Ice Machine!”. It was epic!

With “Sliiiiime in the Ice Machine” as our inspiration, we have developed our own list of companies who refuse to resolve their customers’ complaints. We’re still looking for a title catchier than Slime in the Ice Machine, so if you have any ideas be sure to send them my way!
